Limble has exceeded every expectation we had for a modern CMMS from day one the platform proved intuitive, powerful and built with real maintenance teams in mind. Tasks that once took hours - tracking work orders managing assets reviewing logs - are now streamlined in two minutes. If you’re looking for a CMMS that is genuinely user centered, highly customizable and backed by a stellar support team. Limble is the clear choice. It has become an essential part of our operation and I can’t imagine running our maintenance program without it.
We've had a fantastic experience using Limble CMMS. From the start, their customer service has been top-notch, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Whether it was onboarding or answering technical questions, their team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The user interface is incredibly intuitive and well-designed, making it easy for our team to get up and running quickly without a steep learning curve. Tasks are easy to track, reports are clear and customizable, and overall, it’s been a huge improvement in our maintenance operations. Highly recommend Limble CMMS to any organization looking for a reliable, user-friendly, and well-supported maintenance management solution!
When we first got this program at our company, I was incredibly impressed with how it fit all of our needs. Now, it’s actually interfering with my job, because I spend way too much time trying to reload the app so it will work. Also, I bought a hardened Galaxy Tablet for work to literally use exclusively for Limble, and I haven’t even been able to open the app on the new tablet. When I click on the app to open it, it’s just an indefinite white screen. On my iPhone at work, Dashboards don’t load at all and the app crashes so much that I spend more time reloading the app 2-3 times than the time I actually spent working on the task that I’m trying to record. I understand that our company is their largest client and that we do create a ton of work orders on a daily/weekly basis, but for the first year or so it worked just fine. These issues started happening 2-3 months ago and they’re still not fixed. I can’t believe that with all of these ongoing issues, we are still being charged for this program. I’m ready to talk to management about seriously considering a new program that will fit our needs. It’s one thing for it to not work on our work-provided phones, but I just spent my own money on a tablet that Limble won’t even work on, so this is now affecting me personally (and yes, they say it’s supposed to be compatible with this Galaxy Tablet). I’m just over Limble.
