2 weeks!?!? Maybe more? Doesn’t really make sense to me. I thought this new technology sped things up? Thanks for your understanding and give the guy in the covered wagon a thumbs up for getting my paycheck there.

I am a heavy user of the app. I have accounts for all of my teens in addition to my own and access them all through the app. I saw the 1 and 2 star reviews and those seem to be issues with the user’s phone (touch ID not working) or user error. This app is easy to access and navigate and I have had zero issues with password recognition or touch ID.

I’ve had to go into my local branch several times to get clarity on how to use the new Business app. I’m so tired of calling customer support. The new screening technique is really resistant to pass you on to a live operator and it doesn’t really catch the language that you pose to it. I’m tired of tech-support, putting me on hold to ask somebody else further up the technical food chain. I’ve spent hours trying to get used to this new business app and it has been very frustrating
