This app is the most handy tool of all time. I get quotes and technical help immediately. The only thing that would be even better is to have the live video chat option available. I tried to use it once and was told it isn’t available yet.

I think the app has worked very well for how it was designed. It is very nice for putting in questions or part inquiries while you are at the machine without having to go back to your desk. All responses have been very quick and down machine call backs are very timely.
