Good day App taking too long to download. More than 20min and moved only 5% Website not allowing the ID number of main member to be imputed but does allow me to move to next page. Also med aid details was populated but still comes up and an incomplete section.
This is a great concept but the UX needs some improvement.
I live in a small town which does not have suburbs but the app insists that I enter a suburb name & will not let me continue capture of my details without it. A one star rating is far too high for an app developed without adequate forethought. #Fail
