I’ve been using this for approximately 1 month and I have to say it’s pretty simple to learn and efficient. Makes my job really easy because o can report work orders while on patrol vs waiting until I get to my office.

With it, you don’t have to worry any errors could happen to your device. Everyday, it will let you see detailed reports, and will solve it all to make your phone better.

This app is awful. Such a hassle to browse through. Need an option to change views. Mobile facilities was perfect. Showed the site and a description of the issue all in one. With this I have to select the site wait for it to load then click each ticket because it doesn't show a description of the issue. Doesn't save presets, I have to change it to approved every time. Annoying.
