I repeat myself in my emails so this makes things SOOO much easier for me! With a click of the button, I’m not wasting my time saying the same thing. Just boom and done! It’s clean, simplistic, functional too so there are no complaints here!

somehow template snippets include invisible characters that cause unexpected behavior when trying to use shortcuts to automate things. this shouldn’t happen.

Pluses: Snippets feature is great, especially date and time insertion, the sole reason I bought this app. Minuses: General Keyboard is okay-ish, but I switch back to the iPhone keyboard for typing as it is way better and has autocomplete. Privacy policy should be clearer - they say that snippets are stored locally and not transmitted to their servers, but they don't say whether all my typing is sent to their servers or not. And the privacy policy mixes app usage with website usage and email signup, which is really confusing. Please make that page a lot more clearer.
