I don’t know how you would run a digital printing company without this data. HP has provided a tool that gives insight into your business at a different level. Whether I am in the plant or across the world, I always know what is going on and how our presses and press team are performing.
Wish the app would save the job reports for a longer period of time, specially when printing a 7 color setup (color critical setup). Would be nice having some notes area to be saved/stored for a specific type of setup.... I understand of not saving every job ran, but the ability to tag certain setup for future troubleshooting, would HUGE beneficial... but it seems like it’s a long shot for now, but I’ve seen some nice improvements since I started using this app...
It is a good app, I think it would be nice to see the history of printed jobs so I can see what was completed and when
