Once I’m logged in to the app, it is hard to get past the menu. Global access and currency work but the other menu items cause the app to close. Thank goodness I have the phone numbers in my contacts, if needed. Seems the app still has some bugs for iPhone users.
Easy app to use that accompanies my EA+ membership. I can take my digital card on the go with me and there is one-click access to call the emergency line if I need EA+. I can also click to call the numbers on the back of the card in case I need to just call customer service when I don’t have an emergency.
Not real useable yet. Could not edit my emergency contact in app. Probably need to reformat my contact so app lists the number of three choices I have. All it does is store card and membership number and some embassies but did not bother to check if ingot is accurate would probably do this prior to traveling
