365Pay

My work uses this app and it’s great! I find searching the products is easier than scanning , but it’s very simple , fast and very easy to use, I like the app because I can add money to my account and easily scan to pay! I can see room for improvement but so far it’s works great!

The food court cafe for my company used Edify; never had a single issue. This year they switched to this app but the registration process is poorly designed/implemented and does not work. 365Pay wants to verify my email, but the verification link in the email is integrated with their website instead of their mobile app, and so from the email it opens their website instead. Their website it’s not smart enough to know I’ve already downloaded and attempting the registration from their mobile app so it sends me to the App Store. When I switch back to the app, it tells me something went wrong and to try again. Now when I try to register again it says it’s sending the link but I never get the email. I usually go into the office about 10:30-11am after initial meetings anyway, so I’ll just keep getting fast food on the way in…it’s our food court cafe’s loss for choosing to use 365Pay’s! If you are a business, AVOID using this app!! You will loose customers you’ll never know about because they can’t register an account.
