Worked pretty good before iOS 14, however now the app opens and immediately closes.

I have used this app for many years. Easiest way to get issues to correct city department for their follow-up. You can attach or take a picture of the situation and the app will also allow the city to see the actual location of the problem. When Apple updated to iOS 14 the app failed to work, but after notifying the city they contacted the vendor and the app had been updated to work with iOS 14 now.

Every Concord resident should have this app installed on their phone, it’s a great way to report issues and keep our city looking great. I have submitted several issues over the past couple months and city staff have been very pro active in addressing them.
