I love the idea for the app, and it’s easy to navigate, however, the lighting option for the Board within the app, doesn’t work. Every time I try to change the option for the lights, it boots me out of the app. When I initially turned the hover board on, it was flashing random colors. I installed the app, changed the color to solid, and haven’t been able to set it back to random again. It’s quite irritating. This is a birthday gift for my son, and it’s a very expensive gift, and that means if the item is advertising different options for the item, and the options don’t work, that’s kind of a big deal. These fixes really need to get fixed.

It was not easy to navigate, however, once I figured it out, I tried to change the lights from solid to flashing and every time I click on it, the app turns off. The same thing happens anytime I try to do a challenge and choose between 1-2 hrs—I click on it and the app turns off and returns me to my Home Screen on my phone. Please make some improvements because we aren’t able to use some of these features that made us want to purchase this hoverboard in the first place because of a faulty app!

The hover board seems like a very solid product but the app is horrible, still. All I want to do is set it to beginner settings to learn in but it seemingly takes 15 minutes to finally connect and just keeps telling you “hints” and puts it to stock speeds. Once you finally get it to all the slowest speeds possible for safety, the unit resets itself to stock setting when powered off/on again. Not good for trying to have my 3 kids learn how to use this thing. Other minor things, LED light colors don't match up request.
