The little bird doesn’t really interact or talk to the player. The line/space option always seems to go back and forth between the two and is not random, so my 5 year old determined in 5 seconds that she could pass it off without actually waiting to see the note. Could use a level 0 that only covers the c 5 finger scale.

As a music teacher and parent I loved this app at first. My son’s were engaged and entertained. However, it has a bad glitch. The bird plays a pitch above or below the staff but the note shown isn’t the pitch played. Then if the answer is selected based on where the note is on the staff the app says the answer is wrong. Please fix this so we can get back to loving it.
About Note Reading - Note Bird
Samson the yellow bird is learning note names, but he needs a bit of assistance. Luckily, he's enlisted you to help him name each note as he places it onto the staff. Note Bird comes with many different options that allow you customize the clefs used, the type of naming system you prefer (including an option for Lines & Spaces for beginners). There's even a countdown that cause the notes to fall from the end of the staff if you take too long!
