We are a 62 man career dept that has just started using CrewSense. The system itself is decent, but the app doesn't seem to get along well with iOS 10. Locks up frequently on my iPhone 6. It is also greatly lacking in intuitiveness. Guys, get it together. You're being paid for this product, how about putting some more effort into making it work properly. I promise you, it could be great, huge even!

I want to write this app a 5-star review based on how well the staff responds to concerns and complaints, but lately the app has been getting worse. Currently, the app is becoming slow and glitchy. Yesterday I had to use the webpage to view the calendar. Another feature I'm still waiting for is to zoom out on the calendar. The calendar is massive because it's zoomed in. Takes a long time to scroll around. I hope to see these things fixed so I can continue to value the customer support and also rate the app higher. ***UPDATE*** It's mid-July 2016 now and the app has not had any improvements but is now having error messages. Not just the app but also the site thru my iOS browser. I am now completely unable to sign up for shifts which is one of the top main functions for this app. Not only that, I used to rave about the great customer service. Now I see or hear from no one. I decreased my app ratings over the last year or so from 4 stars, to 3, now a 1. I now have to contact my supervisor for scheduling needs directly which is a pain in the A on both ends. If you care about your product, listen to the people who use your product, or you simply will have no users.

First off this is the worst scheduling app I’ve used so far for the FD. No iPhone X support, glitches, Slow, laggy, crashed a few times. I literally tried to cover someone for a shift so I applied for the shift and it still said the shift was empty. Secondly the layout of the app is also a mess. Hard to navigate and confusing. The layout of the app is just a mess. The calendar on the app is a mess. No staff listening page that I can view all my co-works on incase I need to get there email or phone number to ask for coverage. It has potential but it needs a lot of work. Worst scheduling app ever. Try something like Humanity instead.
