I have only positive things to say about the company - all the drivers and dispatch staff I've come across in the past few years have been excellent. Unfortunately the app doesn't work and it seems it hasn't been updated in a while. Hope it gets fixed soon!
Their app reflects their crappy company can’t even get a verification code to use it keep getting failed to send message and their dispatch and some drivers are terrible constantly cancelling your trips sending cabs to the wrong location or accepting the calls then going for lunch a bloack away for 30 mins terrible failing company and shot app service
Booked a ride this morning February 7 to be picked up at 505 Doyle Ave. at 5:55 AM with car number 418, somehow it got sent to a different car. Since the new update I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the stupid app every time I want to use it
