We downloaded and tried because our driver suggested it was better and faster than calling when he dropped us off at the beach. We ordered a cab through the app, it took 20 minutes just for it to book a driver and said they would arrive in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes it said the driver was arriving and immediately said the ride was finished. Don’t waste your time. We ended up having to call the company and are still waiting on the street.

I used this app to get to and from work while I wait on my car to arrive. A taxi driver gave me a card that instructed me to download the app. You have to register for an account which was super easy. When booking ensure that you have your location on for precise pick up locations and make sure you are booking for the day that you want the taxi to pick you up…PAY ATTENTION. Very easy to book the wrong day if you’re not attentive; triple check. The taxi picked me up a couple of minutes past the time I requested (2-3 minutes). But all in all I got to work on time! If you know you’re suppose to be at a certain place at a certain time, please factor in a 10-15 minute time addition for good measure. Just in case they are running behind.

In theory the app is a good idea, but it does not work correctly. It doesn’t record the right day for booking so you have to end up calling the taxi company anyway. I still haven’t been able to book a taxi that I need. Do not recommend.
