Once downloaded, account created and products entered, you are met with a pop up that says “there have been recent changes to your account, please call us”. When you hit call, the app closed and phone was opened. Calling the number, you are meet with a recording saying “the number you are calling cannot accept calls”. You literally cannot bypass the “call” pop up. Broken
Amazing tool... Seeing live sales data in such a clear way is a game changer. And the customer management tool is such a cool way to plan your day around visiting out of touch clients.
It lets me organize all my orders and customers together in one place. No more garbled voicemails! I can keep track of orders and order histories in real-time. Orders come through the app so I can still make sure everything is in stock and let the customers know if there are any issues. Makes my job and service easier!
