Works but no more useful than IRS2Go app and id rather trust the actual app vs 3rd party

For people who only have a phone to go online the process is arduous & time consuming. Both the Federal & State (CT) were difficult to use. Having the back button so close to the area where the answers were input and having to scroll so far to even see the “Next” option also made it easy to make mistakes.

What is the point of this app when you can get the Irs app and it does the exact same thing. why have a middleman if you don’t need one.
