When I first started uploading files it worked great or at least I was satisfied on its performance. Not sure if the software is updated to perform with all the newer updates thats has come out on PC & smartphone’s, but now when I try to upload photos, videos, music and all other types of files it just take too long.
Used this wireless hard drive for years and liked it kinda. Not exactly the fastest thing in the world. Finally organized the mess and cleared the drive clean and changed the email associated with it and now it says invalid email after getting emails and being told it was changed. Lol no idea. But I backed all my items up to other drives and saying so long. Slow only somewhat useful and also the need to have it hard wired in doesn’t appeal to me a ton either
After a bit of a rough start, I have found my Apollo to work flawlessly. I do like it and see file downloading to be faster than other cloud options. I recommend this unit just make sure to fully understand the file structure and what to expect.
