The app sometimes will not work for hours and the bank does not communicate with customers. I understand that these things happen sometimes, but at least send emails to your customers sharing updates. Now that we use the app for QR payments, it’s a big mess when it doesn’t work for an entire day.

Poor UX as my experience. What a user cannot access, please hide it. Don't let the user a chance to see many disabled items and say "You don't have privilege to view this or that". Too confusing & annoying with those alerts. The first time I used it, I could not view details of my visa card. A SOL icon kept spinning all the time. Tried to reinstall the app, this is still a problem up to now.

I feel very comfortable to use this app because it can connect credit card, stock market etc.
