After sale customers services is one of the worst I experienced. They won’t help me fix the product within warranty. The response they gave me is they think the product doesn’t have any issues, but my product is not working I’m not lying.. I think simply because the shipping is expensive, and we are not in china. I’m so frustrated and there is no point to say anything bad if they have good service. Be aware buying stuff from here.

Very bad user experience when I tried to register as a new user. Either this failed or that expired. This is by no means a new app. I knew it came out about a year ago. Can’t believe it still can not even handle new customers registrations after one year’s testing and update. An E-commerce App cannot handle user registration??? Such a joke JD.
