It’s such a great idea but the first advertisement I seen didn’t say anything about it being a auto renewal month to month. It only stated monthly magazines and the impression you pay for the months that you want. Nothing about a monthly renewal. So I bought a magazine just for a Christmas gift and January comes around with a email reminder to get my January pics ready before end of month. I fb messaged the company explaining I only wanted the month of December and explained the ad I seen didn’t say anything about a monthly renewal charge and I was told they would cancel my account. I then received more emails about January magazine and again messaged them a total of 3xs explaining I don’t want need a monthly subscription and the last response from them was informing me I can request a refund on the months I don’t use. I don’t want a refund. I just want a cancellation and stop the monthly renewal. Well the month of February comes and I receive January’s magazine in the mail with the costs deducted from my bank account. I now noticed that the ads for this magazine now explains the auto renewal process for future customers. Don’t get me wrong it’s a awesome idea and beautiful layout just be sure you cancel your account on the app and not through customer service emails!!!

My grandmother just received her first “issue” and she loves it. She loves seeing pictures and I thought this would be a great thing she can look back on however many times she wants. And at 95 years old to get mail is super exciting!
The negative I would say is the picture quality seems to be darkened a bit when it is printed. Also the front cover has a few pictures on it and some are cropped. If there was a way to arrange those it would be awesome!
Otherwise the idea of the monthly pictures is awesome.

I’m so glad this is over, I subscribed for a year for 4 users. They messed up with payments, it was technical bugs after technical bugs, for a few albums I was not able to download all the pictures, for others I was not able to write the comments, one of my family member would receive the album one month later, every month sometimes even more. I opened a ticket each time but there was no technical resolution. They renew automatically the subscriptions so I cancel 2 of the albums before they renew it automatically, thinking that I’ll still be able to do my last 2 albums: It is not the case. I was told that when I subscribed annually, they applied a discount so I won’t get any reimbursement, which is OK, but I should be able to do the last albums.
But as they say : There is nothing they can do about it.
Great concept but that’s it.
