JetDrive Go

This is the easiest backup device to use on an iPhone/iPad. Have had zero issues in the last 4 years. Great for transporting your photos to your computer. Have recommended to several friends. Love it!

The Go drive does not show up in the iOS files app. You can only transfer from Files to Go using Share. If you use Share, select multiple files in the iOS Files app, and then tap “Copy to JetDrive Go”, this app only copies one file to the drive, ignoring the rest. ▫️▫️▫️ To make matters worse, the app has no integration with iOS Shortcuts. In other words, there’s no way to write a Shortcut to take each file and copy it to your drive. ▫️▫️▫️ Updates: The app doesn’t support split screen on iPads. The app’s ‘browser’ doesn’t automatically refresh its list of files and there’s no refresh button. That means it’s possible to download something and then download again because you don’t see it in your list of files. If you do that, the app gives a cryptic message instead of giving you a message that says file already exists .

I’m old school. I like for programs to have similar yet unique progression. What data you have to search and conform should be easy in each program. This one is a little different in its ways to do such. Once you get use to it, it is very good. The more I play with it, the more I miss it when I don’t have the stick with me. The program is quite good as said earlier, so I’m nitpicking a bit.
