Contacted Cibo Prospect, SA after receiving the Cibo email regarding the Cibo Care packs. Thought they were a great idea and decided to send one to my daughter at home. I contacted her closest cibo at Prospect, who were not yet set up for the care packs, having only themselves received the email the day before. One lady, Anita, I think might be a manager, was very willing to work with me and innovate. At this time, innovation is going to mean the difference between making good in business and not. They worked with me there, on my care pack, communicated well with me and got it delivered for me when it was possible for them. My daughter was so pleased with what we’d all come up with to put together for her... so I had her post the care pack on Instagram for them #Cibo Prospect! Thanks guys! Great idea!
Update: 22nd October: having the same issues as below. This is the most frustrating issue I have seen on any app. Please get this fixed. I won’t be buying from CIBO again until it’s fixed. The old app was great. Could easily select a store. Given I work around the city and not one location I am going to a different store each day. The new app uses locator store and I may be closer to another store than the one I plan to visit. I like to order ahead to save time. This new app doesn’t allow me to do this and I have great difficulty selecting the store I want. Bring back the old app!!! Note that I ordered 19th October and these issues have not been fixed
I don’t like the new layout. Half of the main page is wasted on bean pictures and quotes... that I don’t want to read and waste my time. The writing and overall appearance is too small and navigation is a lot harder. I can’t work out how to add my favourite order and this info didn’t transfer over from the last app. The top bar with days you order and minute point balance is insignificant. This is such a poor app design, every thing else in Cibo is consistent in terms of colour and themes but this app isn’t. The tabs at the bottom ‘my rewards’ and ‘my cards’ are ok but again not strong in appearance, hard to find in grey writing and not practical... please change as I’ve gone back to ordered on site now as the details on the app are far too small and takes longer than ordering over the counter.
The CIBO app is a fast, convenient way to order and pay for your favourite coffee. Our My CIBO Loyalty is built in to the app, so you’ll never miss ou...
