I have been using this app for the last two years and it’s been a nightmare. First of all, this insurance is never recognized by doctors in the US but the insurance doesn’t even confirm that we are insured. This means that we have to pay almost everything out of pocket and then be reimbursed on the app. We tend to lose money because of the currency exchange. Lastly it’s hard to look at the past claims. Customer support is both unhelpful and take a crazy long time to respond. I can’t express how much I dislike this company.
Always an easy, fair and excellent service from APRIL. Used it in Australia and in the USA and the service is always 5 stars.
The application is good but has worked much better on the early start. Once new claim created is automatically shifted to "My Claims History", once is treated and payed should go to "My Latest Reimbursement " folder. On the begging this was working fine, but now all folders are doubled and also "My Claims History" folder is always full with many old claims. To be improoved.
