I love this app/feature. I place the link on my website, social media, even my email signature. Therefore my clients can just book their own appointments. It reminds them of our meeting & that’s up to me, how many days or hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. No more going back & forth asking when each other is available. I just send my “book now” link. You have to put what you’re doing on your calendar so no one will book time that you’re busy. It’s great. Saves time!

Bookings seemed like a great way for a small business to handle clients without all of the additional fees of an app like Square. Unfortunately, it stopped working when I updated my phone and I didn't realize it until a client called to ask me where I was. She had altered the time of her appointment and I didn't receive a notification. When I tried to open the app - nothing. Microsoft told me to talk to GoDaddy and I have always had good experiences with GoDaddy support. Unfortunately, this issue is on Microsoft's end and even though I contacted them again, I have yet to receive any sort of acknowledgement or advice in regards to why their app has stopped working on my phone. I can access Bookings through a web browser but the screen is cut off and hard to navigate and all of this defeats the purpose of the simplicity that I wanted. I guess I will return to using Square or GoDaddy's built in scheduling but I am not happy about this. I enjoyed the idea of being able to designate specific days for specific services and neither of those allows this flexibility.

This app has a ton of potential. It is required of me to use for my work and thats the only reason I use it. The app crashes upon opening or if I’m looking through the days. There have been reports of my clients scheduling a specific time and the app scheduling an hour before or after specified time. This app is a nightmare for me. My phone is set to dark mode because of my light sensitivity. Dark mode on the app blocks out any dark lettering so majority of the time I have to guess what I’m clicking on. Super inconvenient. Otherwise the app does what it was intended to do which is allow people to schedule and book. It has major flaws however and if it was possible for me to switch apps then I would have within the first week of using it.
