We were away from home this weekend with only one car. Wife had to make a quick trip and left me without transportation access. I saw an ad for this food delivery service and thought I would give it a try. Downloaded the On The Go Delivery app and started looking at all the great restaurants that they serviced. Must have gotten distracted and rather than inserting todays date for delivery I mistakenly put in tomorrow’s date. My 4 pm delivery time came and went so I called their office. Nice guy answered the phone and within minutes had corrected my mistake and my food was quickly on its way. App allows you to track drivers progress, cool feature. Driver was very courteous. Will definitely use this service again.

We use this service at least twice per week. The order always arrives within the specified time frame, which is usually an hour or less. The drivers are courteous & helpful & the customer service has always been excellent. On the rare event that something has been wrong with our order, the staff at onthego has always gone above & beyond to fix it & make sure we are satisfied.
