I’ve been using the app to track for about a month now. The feedback and graphics are very uplifting and it’s nice to view the month at a glance. I also appreciate that it makes every dry day feel like an accomplishment— even if they are few. The Facebook group seems oriented around abstinence not moderation. So it could be helpful depending on your goals. My suggestion would be that the portions/ units/ sizes could be tailored to different countries. In the US a “standard” drink is different than that of the UK, etc. Hopefully that will be an option for settings at some point.

I really enjoyed the app. It challenged me to beat previous streaks when I was having trouble staying on track. It forced me to examine what I was doing wrong and modify my approach to my drinking habits/ behavior. With the update, my current streak has been wiped out and now it won’t track unless I struggled to resist temptation instead of applauding my changed habits and behavior. It’s a bit deflating to see that I only got a C+ if this were a test for having an easy day of not drinking. I’ll probably move away from the app and find something more rewarding of my changed behaviors. Thanks for the ride thus far. I think I was 150 days sober but you cleared my progress and so I can’t tell.

I love this app so far for the most part! It’s a positive way to track your progress- however, when I go to enter comments about the day I have to type blind- the text box is blocked until I close out of it- then I can read but if any revision is needed that’s also done blindly. Other than that I’m really liking it :)
