Bear Pop - Bubble Shooter Game

I like this game but I’ve been stuck on a black screen since the update two months ago. Can I get some assistance with this?

This game is great. Very addictive and I love it. However since a couple updates ago, the game freezes up on me and I have to restart my whole device to be able to play it again. It's very annoying. I'd also like for it to come back up on the game you are playing, instead of having to hunt it down. I've gone back to repay all the games I didn't get three Stars on, to try my hand at getting three Stars for each game. When I go back the next day, I have to hunt for the last game I played. Again, very annoying.

I like the game a lot. It passes the time while I have down time, however, the ads are BEYOND annoying. After every game I play, I have to wait on the ads. This is why you only get 2 stars. This is a free game, why should I have to pay to remove ads. It would not be free then would it?? I do not mind an ad now and again, but EVERY time I finish one game, there it is , an ad. Please hear my cry. I played for a few more games, but just can not handle watching a full ad after EVERY GAME.
