What is happening it’s just music,phrases and a dog in the screen

It puts on music while phrases go across the screen. A few of them are English and they inspire you. Most of the other ones are Chinese, but they're still inspiring. There's a gift button that lets you watch an ad. You don't get anything from it. The bottom button gives you an error. This app may not tell you the weather, but it's really fun. I like the music, it's very catchy. :)

Seriously, all the app is, is just a picture of a cute dog with what are supposed to be inspiring phrases going across the screen while a song plays. Not really sure how this is a weather app.
