I order on the app, receive a msg that my order is ready, but go to pick it up and not only isn’t not there, but the system has no record of the order. I order lunch and the earliest asap pickup time is 5:15 pm. Then have to go down to the cafe and show them my order on my phone and wait for them to prepare it. Experiences like this effectively defeat the purpose of ordering meals quicker and more convenient. It also creates issues for the cafe staff

Love being able to time my lunch pre-order and pick up; and especially missing the crowds. My only complaint is for some reason my “order ready” text notifications have stopped coming through. I’ve almost forgotten my lunch order because of that. Still trying to figure that out.

I recently had breakfast at Rise and Shine breakfast and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The food was fantastic, but what really stood out to me was how nice and pleasant the staff always are. From the moment I walked in, the guys- Kenneth, Chad, and Cash greeted me with warm smiles and friendly chatter, making me feel right at home. Their positive attitudes and genuine kindness truly enhanced the whole dining experience.
