The app is very intuitive and very well designed. You can easily book through the app , and IF you ALLOW the driver to “see your location”, they would be able to have a rough idea of approximately where you are when they come to pick you up. The app informs one that the driver WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO SEE YOUR LOCATION, when they are within 500 metres of picking you up - This is very useful when it’s not always easy to describe where precisely you’re being picked up OR the location of where you’re being picked up is not always very easy to describe. The app is very well designed, a joy to navigate & gives you lots of useful information: - A competitively-priced fixed fee to get from A to B - A count-down of HOW LONG till your driver gets to you - The Name of Driver picking you up - The Make and Model and Colour and Registration Plate Number of the car picking you up - A Dynamic & Visual Representation of the CURRENT location of the Driver picking you up etc A VERY WONDERFUL APP …

I use it because there’s no Uber or bolt available in Maidstone. Its usually quick and convenient so all good on that one, however drivers and dispatch aren’t polite to black people, they won’t even greet you sometimes and generally behave like they don’t need to offer you the service. They are actually annoyed that they have to pick you up, especially if your name seems a bit foreign to them. You can be asked to exit a vehicle before you reach your destination if they feel they’ve had enough of driving you. You can also be kept in the vehicle if they think you can’t pay (even though you’re charged before a trip to make sure you can pay for the trip). Overall not great service.

Ok, I admit not used the app yet and seems there are problems there. But just wanted to leave a review as I have found this company the best in Maidstone area great dispatch personnel always polite.
