No different than their website
This app isn’t any more convenient than purchasing tickets through their website. On top of that, even though the app shows I made a purchase, it didn’t give me any points towards their reward program after buying 3 movie tickets. There also was no option to preorder concession items through the app like was stated in the App Store. After my experience today with this app, I’ve decided to go back to Regal Cinemas because their app actually gives me my reward points when I purchase tickets through it.

Seems like there is an ”up”grade??!
Whatever was done to this app is making it harder & more frustrating than it already was! Also, doesn’t keep track of my “loyalty” points… 😟😟😟

Awful excuse for an “app”
Started using fandango app but then thought “maybe I’ll try using Cinema West app directly”. Unfortunately I found no value in it. It’s awful, janky, unstable…a poorly implemented port to simply make their website show up as an “app”. Ironically, it’s poorly optimized for mobile. Pages crashed, after finally being able to select seats I got stuck in a loop after entering my CC number, couldn’t go back, then it crashed and lost my seats. Went back to Fandango, instantly selected my same seats, hit Apple Pay, done - in 30 seconds. Love your cinemas, Cinema West, but please put in a good college try to create a “real” app with real value and UX. 🫡
