Based on my latest experience with Indeemo, I can say that Indeemo is a versatile mobile app designed for participants to capture in-the-moment insights through video diaries, photos, and text. The app stands out for its intuitive user interface, making it easy to document experiences seamlessly and complete diverse tasks. The app is simple to navigate, allowing participants to submit their entries without a steep learning curve. Also, it supports various formats, including videos, photos, and text. With the real-time data upload feature, participants can quickly complete surveys or upload a new entry.
As new tAsks were posted they were at the bottom of the page so I had to scroll down. This wasn’t a problem the first day or two but as the week went on I was scrolling a long time. Also many times while in the middle of providing an answer it would jump to the top of the feed again and I would have to start over. It would be better if the tasks could be sorted by newest to oldest rather than oldest to newest. Lastly when the researchers posted a question against one of my responses it was difficult to find the question bc of the scrolling feature.
I enjoyed using this app for a remote play test. It was convenient and easy to use. I would definitely participate in another play test using indeemo to record my feedback and actually prefer it to having to drive somewhere. Only problem i had was keeping track of all the tasks I completed when they started piling up and I stopped going in order. Not a big issue for me because of all the things they do right and how they’ve enabled me to make money from the comfort of my own home.
