CUBE Tracker

For the price of the product and monthly fee this is a TERRIBLE product. I’ve reported countless issues with the Cube Pro and the Tracking service for months and all support does is gas light you into thinking you’re wrong. The tracker sits mostly unused on an ATV and I get hourly and daily alerts that it’s overheating while the vehicle is off for WEEKS in the cold. Customer support “is it near a heat source” while I tell the constantly NO it’s freezing and no where near a heat source and the vehicle is off. They just repeatedly tell me to move it from a heat source. Then the service forces to know your phones location to give you an accurate location of the cube tracker. Why do you need my phones location for the trackers location???? And now their customer service buttons and help support are off or frozen in the app. I wish I saved 80% on the product and way less on the monthly with a cheaper product. In this case YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR YOU GET JUNK.

In general I literally can’t live without it, as I have it in my wallet so whenever either May wallet or iPhone are more than around 30 feet apart they both alarm which is perfect for when I accidentally leave my phone or wallet somewhere and walk away it alarms. Also at home I put my iPhone down and forget where, or I falls out of my pocket under seat in car and all I have to do is press cube on my keychain attached to my wallet at my phone rings until I get it. My one complaint is too many false alarms and it didn’t notify me when battery was low so I had to search for my phone then get a new battery for cube. They should have it make a noise or Lee come on when it’s low battery and not just stop working. But that’s a minor issue compared to the vast amount of good it does ever single day for me.

This app goes along with the cube pro tracker device. I seriously love this thing. I constantly constantly constantly lose my phone and my keys. When I bought this, I assumed that it would be an awesome way to find my keys in my purse/work bags quickly. What I didn’t even realize is that it is also an awesome way for me to find my phone quickly! Instead of the hassle of logging into my iPad, then into my apple account, then to the find my phone area, all I have to do is double press a button. I should have bought this years ago!!
