It only says please wait and after I waited many times and after many logins it still doesn’t work or load any information. I even uninstalled the application and reinstalled it and I still have the same issue.

The app does not populate account info after log it. It continues to spin with “Please Wait” on screen with a dimmed background page of my personal dashboard. Is there a a future fix ? Plan not effect til Jan 2024- could be the issue. Guess I’ll try again after new year.

This app used to work but now you can’t even log in, it just looks like it’s loading but it never loads which means you cannot use it, idk if it’s only for me because my benefits ended/I’m ineligible now but either way this app needs to be fixed ASAP!!
