I’m very disappointed with the quality of North Shores Business Banking App. Its outdated to say the least. It doesn’t have MANY essential functions of banking. Cannot setup simple alerts, cannot turn card off, etc. The list of what the app cannot do, far exceeds what it can do. There is a strong possibility that I will bank elsewhere solely because of this app. Invest in a better app with more capabilities and functions!!
