Mi Claro Colombia

I couldn’t get register or even buy a package. It’s the only provider who makes it impossible for tourist to spend money in their app. I even went to an office and was told everything will be fine within 24 hrs. Didn’t happen, still fighting to get data and minutes on this number. People reading this: consider ANY other provider.

If you are traveling to Colombia save your time and money. Their website and app are buggy and you won’t be able to do anything but waste money. Let’s make it a known fact that for travelers this company is trash!! How can they manage to create such a terrible app? I couldn’t buy a package and they wouldn’t return my money even tho they can’t fulfill their service. Thieves and time wasters.
