You should be able to set the timing from what time to start not only until when. Also should be able to calculate the charge based on the timing not rounding on 1 LV min. Also add when the dates are free of charge as weekends or national holidays and when the paid time kick in and when it finished to facilitate costumers and not overcharge them!

- You park your car, you open the app and it crashes right away. And it keeps crashing over and over. Absolutely no way to pay through the app! - You pay some other way to the end of the day and go home. Open the app and it works now. What changed? - You park your car at night (after Blue Zone paid hours), you open the app and it doesn’t crash this time. You want to pay for the morning - no way to do this - doesn’t accept payments until the Blue Zone hours start in the morning. The Blue Zone parking machine can do it - why don’t you model your app logic the same way?

The app won’t load. I have to uninstall it and reinstall it, then I re enter the name and password. Then the app will load. Once I close it ,I have to do the same thing again to log onto it.
