It’s like they built a beta and then just unleashed it for major companies to utilize without a single ounce of support after launch. User unfriendly, non-sensical, frustrating beyond all get out, and an insult to anyone unlucky enough to have to use it. I’m sure the companies that are customers shoulder some of the blame. They probably won’t pay for any kind of support. But even their employees say they average about 1 of 5 successful engagements. Everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves and receive lumps of coal for the holidays every year as penance for this atrocity. Makes me want to quit my career the once or twice a month I have to open this piece of garbage.

We continually have drivers deleting accounts that effect everyone, and Lauren track down the problem and corrected it in short order. Also, Lauren analyzed the pattern of mistakes and came up with a possible solution that will be given to programming/IT. Lauren was fully focused on my issue from the start and ended our contact ensuring that all concerns were addressed. 100% satisfied 100% recommended

Very useful and efficient. But I’d like to see a few changes to ease redundancy. An option to take single or multiple pictures in a row instead of going back to hit the camera button again. Secondly, please swap the “x” and “delete” buttons on the page review screen so ease the flow of looking at images in detail. Finally, allow the ability to edit/crop images in the review screen.
