After upgraded to iOS 11, sometimes enabling proxy will make WiFi down, please fix it!
FYI:
Reboot iPhone will temporarily fix it, can you figure this issue?

Newest update breaks various issues.
Even global proxy cannot connect WhatsApp, unless add a domain rule about WhatsApp above final proxy rule.
That is ridiculous.
It should be caused by something wrong in TUN tunnels or DNS mechanisms.
Please fix it as soon as possible.

After updated to iOS 11, turn on VPN will close WLAN connection.
