Needs guidelines or instructions for settings

I just wish it had instructions as the timing that youโ€™re supposed to set it up, Iโ€™m trying this app for the first time. I think itโ€™s healthy but I have no idea how to use it. I see the settings but where is the guidelines maybe itโ€™s just me?

Very helpful ap!

Thank you for making breathing coherently easy to do. One slight change i would suggest is having a different tone for the inhale and the exhale so when doing the sleep pattern one doesn't have to watch the phone to pay attention to inhale and exhale, if one gets off track on the pattern. Thanks!

I love this app.

I like how you can ser the time and change your backgrounds. I wish I could get more backgrounds. Even if I had to pay for them. Just to mix it up a little.
