Premier Taxis Cardiff

I usually use Dragon Taxis because there are usually more cars available late at night but, having said that, I have been very pleased with the reliable service from Premier recently. I also like the fact that the Premier app shows you exactly where your driver is. I was a little disappointed that the photo ID function wasn’t enabled on your system yet. I uploaded a photograph of my face, as per the instructions on the app, which should then be shown to the driver on his app to confirm the ID of his customer. Unfortunately, I was told by the office that this function is not working at the moment. This is a shame, because not only would it be the only non-Uber Cardiff taxi service to do this, but it would enable the taxi driver to immediately identify his customer and also to single out the right person from others at the location who may be also waiting for a taxi. It would also make the service more safe and secure for customers - especially women.

Always use Premier when in Cardiff....but make sure they are going to ping your phone if it is not a smart one!Avoids problems.

It is a good app but could be improved. I recently had a journey and did not receive an email receipt afterwards. It would be useful if the app provided the ability to resend receipts from previous journeys.
