Like the puzzle but it freezes up quite often and have to delete and start again

Couldn't play
I downloaded this app, but when I went to play it, all the pieces were black, the map was black, and nothing happened. Tried several times without avail. Finally I deleted it. I even tried to delete and reinstall, but that didn't work either. Very disappointed as I like some of their other games.
