App itself is clunky and error-prone. The service does not filter my feed based on location, so I see a national feed rather than local (no way to change). Location is set using city, which may be fine in a small area, but in a large area with dozens of cities, this can be tedious to enter one at a time. I checked out several “deals” and found this app only to contain non-deals. Even before repairs, the ARV is exaggerated and the list price far too high to allow room for a profitable investment. While not the fault of the app, it is their fault for not having better checks in place that now allow random people to list bunk properties as deals. There may be a few diamonds in the rough, but these appear to be the exception not the norm.

After getting a "terms of service" violation for resetting my password, my account was suspended without notice. I never even had an opportunity to fully set up my account. Just a couple of days to browse through the app. I called the customer service number, no resolution (directed to fill out tech support form). I filled out the tech support form, no resolution(never got back to me). In all fairness the website seems very well put together, and is full of info. This service does seem to be a huge clearinghouse for wholesalers and investors to meet and do business. If however simple things like resetting passwords (from verified emails) can suspend an account, business owners will find it difficult to use this service with any reliability, especially if talking with a live person produces no results.

I had to change the notification settings to “hourly” because it was constantly notifying me that there where X amount of properties near me, if I could somehow limit that so I could still receive notifications in real time it would be perfect, along with making it easier to edit property listings through the app.
