Was having the same connection issue that everyone else is having for long distance, you send you partner a friend request and they don’t receive it… was struggling through this. For context I’m a software eng so I said screw it I think I know how to get around this. Make sure under privacy you have it so you can accept friend request. Create a control link (I did 1 on 1) from the “home page” like you would if you were going to send to some stranger. The link should be an https link with “api” in it. Now share that with your partner via text or something. They should already have the app and an account set up. From there they can send you a friend request and you’re both golden and able to either create a new connection link or just use the one you set up to do this.

So I want to start by saying that LOVE all our lovense products! However we have some connectivity issues from time to time. My girlfriend and I are both adult broadcasters and we also were long distance for 8 months before we lived together. We encounter some disconnection issues from time to time but I want anyone who reads this to understand that this system...Bluetooth toys that sync to eachother or to the cam site or the lovense app itself, is extremely reliable at the end of the day. We just today had our second toy (first Nora, now Domi) malfunction. When Nora broke we emailed lovense and they shipped a new one out right away and we just had to ship the malfunctioning item back. Super convenient! Now Domi is almost brand new, as was Nora when she broke.. and Domi’s battery doesn’t want to hold a charge. So make sure you all understand that not every single product that lovense mails out is going to be perfect, BUT Lovense is AMAZING at customer service!! So please do NOT let any minor issues you may have dissuade you from buying your first, or several of their products! YOU WANT THESE TOYS!!! TRUST ME!! So I will be shipping Domi back and getting a new one because Lovense is just good like that! I TRULY HOPE THIS HELPS some of you to decide to buy Lovense products;)! -GRIM WOLF ALPHA

My boyfriend and I live over 3,400 miles apart and each ordered one of the remote toys recently. After reading some of the reviews, I was expecting some possible issues with the ability to control each other’s experience, but was pleasantly surprised at how easy they are to use. We connected to each other on the app right away and then linked our devices with no issues. The app controller worked perfectly in real time with no issues the entire time. Granted, we’ve only used them once at this point, but I would goes anyone having trouble connecting may have unreliable WiFi rather than issues with the app (just my guess). The size and intensity of the Ferri is perfect for me - the Diamo is a bit snug for my boyfriend and noticed it’s easiest to put on before getting aroused - after can be quite challenging. Overall, we’re extremely pleased and would highly recommend these to LDR couples!
