Wire transfers of USD to my Actinver account is frictionless. And Actinvers financial services, particularly their secure, online banking app, makes life in Mexico much easier. Any issues? Their bilingual, DF-based help experts are just a phone call away.

What once worked is now a complete disaster. On an iPad Pro the app now crashes when I attempted to send an online transfer. Like many upgrades the result is nothing more than pure frustration. I’m back to sending an email instruction to the secursal to get anything done. Actinver’s online Internet banking is equally appalling and everyone knows this. Selling shares doesn’t eliminate the share information. Having been stopped out of a US stock, the app continues to show the stock, with old data.

This is the worst banking app I have ever used. And I have used several in the United States and several here in Mexico. Every time they update this app it gets worse. As of today, I can’t make transfers. I can’t pay bills. Actinver is a good bank, but you better also have an app with another bank. Intercam is going through some changes right now but their app is flawless.
