Honestly, this app needs serious improvement. After sending money, there are no recipient details shown no name, no confirmation, no proper receipt. You just get a message saying the transaction went through, and that’s it. It’s really frustrating not being able to confirm who you actually sent money to. On top of that, the user interface is confusing and outdated. For a bank, this level of transparency and design is unacceptable. DTB really needs to fix this and make the app more user-friendly, with clear transaction details and downloadable receipts like other modern banking apps.
Good start, happy with the app😊☺️ but could'nt see the options under'pay bill' like for luku, dawasco... 👍🏼👍🏼 will deff recommend this app to all mystaffs!
