I have been on Cantina for nearly a year. It is such a user-friendly app & set up quite nicely. At one time I was having audio problems. I could hear the members of the room but they couldn’t hear me. I worked with Ivan from Support on this issue. He never gave up on me. He honestly cared about making sure I had a stellar Cantina experience! Within a short time, my audio issues were resolved & I couldn’t have been happier. It was such a good feeling knowing that Ivan was going to keep going until it was fixed! The whole team is supportive & couldn’t be nicer. They engage with the members which helps to keep the lines of communication open. It’s a great social media platform where friendships are made & fun is never-ending!!

I downloaded this app because I saw so many funny videos using it, so thought why not.
Well here’s why not:
Once you’ve put in your birthday, your phone number, and email it asks for access to all your contacts. Doesn’t give you an option whether you want to or not, you have to or you cannot use the app. Then once you allow them to have access to all your contacts, they force you to invite 3 people. After that I left. Why would I do that? Why you make us do that? It’s an AI video app you don’t need all that and you surely don’t NEED all my contacts. I just wanted it to make videos and send to people. I don’t care about making friends on this app just like with any other social media app. You really need to give your consumers options instead of making them do what you want. Instagram doesn’t force me to give it access to all my contacts and I’ve got plenty of my friends on there, same with TikTok and X and other social media app I’ve ever used. Do better
