I recently had my good experience purchasing items from Picnic, and I thoroughly enjoyed the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), as well as the additional free offers that could be included even after submitting my order. However, I encountered a minor setback since the platform currently lacks support for the English language. This limitation makes it challenging to translate words effectively. It would greatly enhance the experience if Picnic could incorporate English language support.

This was an excellent service. My 87yo uncle can't make it to town anymore so I recalled taking a picture of one of thier trucks back in 2017 while they were doing a pickup at Edeka and Netto.... App was easy to start but English is not an option. Dutch, German and French.
App works great. Prices are identical to what I remember I these stores which is awesome! My wish would be a way to sort the screen listings by price..

I wish every online store had this service. Instant chat via WhatsApp, not available is alternative for free and money back. Using picnic for a couple of years now 👌

To order at Picnic you need the Picnic app. Download it now and register. You can collect all the groceries you need in the app as soon as you can order. Make a shopping list, and choose a delivery time. We’ll take care of the rest!
2. We take care of your shopping
Now it's our turn! As soon as we have all orders for the next day in, we send our shopping list to our baker, greengrocer, and the other suppliers. Once everything is neatly packed, we are ready to leave for your neighborhood. We keep the fresh products nice and cool in separate crates.
3. We deliver your groceries to your home for free
