When the all works, it’s great. But if it’s being used ask a key to get into my apartment, it really has to work more than 50% of the time. It would be nice to be able to rely on this app as a house key, but you really can’t. And if I have to carry around a key fob, what the heck is the point of this app.

Definitely a nice way to access Airbnb without having to carry around a card or key. Zero issues every time. My friend Jeff who still lives in the 90’s needed a card because his iPhone 6 wouldn’t work and made him nervous.

Could not enter our VRBO rental upon arrival late at night. Then amongst 4 of us we all gave up and had a reliable “old fashioned” card key entry. Deleted this app and will avoid any place that uses this. Even when one of 4 did even work, it failed half way into our trip.
